Challenges
Our customer is a large construction enterprise in Japan, with domestic and international construction development branches. Previously, during the technical work process from site engineers to management level, all records related to pile construction steps were used on paper and there were no supporting tools. This leaded to the process of transmitting information between engineers not being smooth and fast and making it impossible to save history to query and search for data. At the same time, after the pile construction was completed, construction engineers also had difficulties in determining whether the location, coordinates, etc. of the constructed piles have any deviations from the original plan. Therefore, the need to digitize the recording and image processing system to compare coordinates and pile positions are very urgent.
Solution
Through initial assessment, customer requirements related to digitization of processes, papers and documents, the digitalization process requires continuous exchange between the development team and customers to provide document templates for inputing into data fields on the system. Regarding the requirement to compare, determine the location, coordinates... of constructed piles between actual construction and original plans, we have come up with a technological solution for image processing before and after during construction to provide comparative results without the intervention of human. At the same time, the project implementation process applies the Agile model to enhance upgrades, bring the best quality of service, and meet customer needs.
With this system, the amount of images and data to be downloaded and queried at the same time is very large. Our engineers, by applying new techniques and optimal data processing, have ensured the system always in a high performance state.
Remarkable results

- Meet other customer needs: post and upload construction site photos, query historical data at each period.
